Former head of design for Fidelity Investments personal, institutional, and global investing, Doug collaborates with business, technology, and design partners to lead experience design for financial services and risk management. An international speaker, facilitator, and advisor on several boards, Doug’s thought leadership and practice spans personal computing through today’s digital worlds for non-profit, education, government, and startups as well as Fortune 500 and Global 5000 companies. Doug holds a Bachelor of Music in Jazz Composition & Arranging from Berklee College of Music and is on a mission to make things more intuitive for those who are ready, willing, and able.
