John Finch

VP of Enterprise Product Marketing

As VP of Enterprise Product Marketing at Zendesk, John Finch is responsible for driving global enterprise marketing and sales motions, accelerating new business pipeline, and account expansion opportunities.  Prior to joining Zendesk, John was AVP of Contact Center Product Marketing at RingCentral, responsible for the strategy and execution of the company’s customer engagement product portfolio. John has held leadership roles in product marketing, product management, and sales with leading SaaS and customer service software companies such as Dialpad, Serenova, and Genesys. He has also held leadership positions at both Avaya and AT&T.  In addition, John has spent some time as an entrepreneur, starting a company focused on disrupting the fine art market by building a technology platform that brings artists and collectors together directly.


John holds a BS from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management and has studied Art History at Stanford University.
