Ryan is bolttech’s Group Chief Customer Officer and is responsible for the groups Customer Experience, Operational Excellence, Marketing and Branding. In his role, Ryan works closely with bolttech’s Product, Digital and Distribution teams to enhance our digital ecosystem and ensure we provide our customers with an awesome customer experience.
Ryan has over 20 years of management consulting and industry experience. Prior to joining bolttech he worked at AIG in New York where he led a Transformation team focused on strategy and business transformation across the company’s global footprint. Ryan also worked at Deloitte Consulting as a strategy and operations management consultant advising various North American based insurance companies.
Ryan has a passion for driving change and is always striving to improve bolttech’s Customer Experience.
